Form Management:

To add, edit, delete form 

• Click on “Forms”
• To add new forms, click on “Add Forms”
• To edit forms, click on the row of data you want to edit and “Settings” button would be enabled for you to select.
• To delete forms, click on the row of data you want to delete and “delete” button would enable for you to select.

Arrange Form Order:

Drag and drop forms to arrange the order of the forms to be displayed in the home page.
